Linda Louise Leimbrock, the daughter of Erwin Henry and Beulah “Billie” M. Garnett Parker Leimbrock, was born Feb. 22, 1940, in Wichita, Kansas.

She was adopted by Herbert Andrew Stancil and Beulah “Billie” M. Garnett Parker before the 1950 census, when she was 9. Billie and Herb were also married in that census.
